Creating an account is required for booking sessions or purchasing packages. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account.

3. Bookings & Attendance

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You must agree to and sign a waiver before attending any session.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session to avoid losing your credit or payment.
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions without refund.

4. Packages & Class Credits

• Credits are added to your account upon successful payment.
• Credits may have an expiration date depending on the package.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Credits hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via PayPal or supported methods. All prices are in GBP and may include VAT.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or expired packages. Refunds for technical or billing errors are handled at our discretion.

7. Waitlist

You may join the waitlist for full classes. If a space opens, we will notify you. A place is not guaranteed unless confirmed.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Participation in sessions is at your own risk. By attending, you confirm you are physically capable and have consulted your GP if needed. We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and media on this website are the property of Reformer With Gemma and may not be reused or modified without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site implies acceptance.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if these terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.
