1. Class Bookings

All class bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by us or in exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the start time for a full credit return.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your credit.

3. Packages

Class packages are non-refundable once purchased. Credits may expire after a set period (see Terms).

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical fault with payment or booking, please contact us. We may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
